To add a Contact |

1. Click the “New Contact” button located below the Patient panel on the MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF # screen. |
|
a. The MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF # > NEW LOG screen appears.
|
|
2. Complete the “Contact Log Details” panel by clicking in the fields and typing in the required information. You can also navigate through the fields and enter user account information by using the Tab key on your computer’s keyboard. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*). |

3. Click
the Save button at the bottom of the panel when you have completed entry of
the required information. |
|
4. Click the Cancel button to discard any changes and return to the MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF # screen. |

To update a Contact |
|
1. Click the “Select” button for the desired contact on the MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF # screen. |

a. The MY TASKS > CONTACT LOGS > ALL CONTACTS > REF # > LOG # screen appears.
|

2. Complete the “Contact Log Details” panel by clicking in the fields and typing in the required information. You can also navigate through the fields and enter user account information by using the Tab key on your computer’s keyboard. Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*). |

3. Click
